Welcome to NIGAMAI. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NIGAMAI website, applications and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Liza Tech Solution ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

NIGAMAI is an AI-powered assistant that generates text, code, images, audio, documents and video, and related features. The Service is provided on a credit-based model. Certain AI models and file types consume different amounts of credits, shown in the app.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

3. Credits & Payments

  • Credits are purchased in packs at the prices displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) at checkout.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Cashfree). We do not store your card details.
  • Credits are added to your wallet on successful payment. Free and bonus credits may be granted at our discretion.
  • Prices and credit costs may change; changes apply to future purchases only.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, infringing, hateful, or abusive content, to violate others' rights, to attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the Service, or to resell the Service without our written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, content you generate with the Service is yours to use. The NIGAMAI brand, software and underlying technology remain the property of Liza Tech Solution. All copyrights are reserved by Liza Tech Solution.

6. AI Output Disclaimer

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liza Tech Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
